Assistant Instructor Training

Perform-Ability Assistant Instructor Training (AIT)

Perform-Ability Assistant Instructor Training (AIT) is a program that was first developed for students of Perform-Ability to support their personal goals and to be assisted in reaching a position where they can confidently apply themselves with a direct pathway for future employment in the field of Performance and Dance.

Whilst the specialised program is currently offered for students who are enrolled in a Perform-Ability class, applications are now open for the community to access this fundamental, educational pathway course for those who show interest and who meet specific criteria.

Successful applicants must show a willingness to undertake weekly group skills training with a Perform-Ability trained Instructor.

Testimonials

My teenage son has found his place at Perform Ability!!! The teachers are amazing, caring and supportive. The range of classes is excellent, from different styles of dance to singing, drama and musical theatre - there is an option for everyone. The opportunity to participate in the showcases at the end of the year concert were incredible for my son and his self confidence has grown so much for having a community where he feels a sense of belonging.

In that time Ryan has not only enjoyed dancing but has danced at many different Venues and been a part of some amazing opportunities. Ryan has gained confidence, learnt new dances, made new friendships all in a caring and supportive environment. Miranda and her gifted, talented and professional Teachers have provided a safe, fun dance studio for all the students that attend.
